These images are from a patent filed by Nintendo for what looks like a Motorcycle/Jet Ski game. It does show off a unique control scheme consisting of the balance board and Wii Remote + Nunchuck combo. There isn't a lot of information floating around about a possible game using these ideas and it may never come to fruition. Siliconera has a great article showcasing more images from the patent and some explanations as well. It's worth a read if you're interest in that kind of thing.
