Nintendo 3DS Update Now Live!


The scheduled Nintendo 3DS update is now live! I've been playing around with the Folders option and it's pretty cool, definitely great for organizing eShop and DSiWare titles.
  • Create Folders by selecting a blank space and clicking Create Folder at the bottom of the touch screen. Folders can be renamed, but no option for color has been included.
  • Nintendo eShop has an updated look which streamlines some functions.
  • Patches for games don't seem to be available at the moment, but the functionality has been added. 
No Nintendo Press Release has surfaced as of yet, but it looks like this is everything. Will update again if something else pops up.

  1. The folders thing is great - cleans up my screen nicely, which was getting too cluttered with all the virtual console and ambassador stuff.

    What is not as great is the new eShop, which has become too cluttered for my liking.

    But overall a good update!
